Refund & Return Policy

  1. Return Policy:
     ◦ Returns are accepted within 48 hours of delivery under specific conditions:
     ▪ Manufacturing defects
     ▪ Transit damage
     ▪ Wrong item received
     ◦ Processing of returns takes up to 10 business days.
     ◦ Handcrafted products such as Ceramics, Glassware & Kitchen items may have natural variations and are not eligible for returns.

  2. Exchange Policy:
     ◦ Direct exchanges are not available.
     ◦ Customers may initiate a return and place a new order separately.

  3. Return Pick-Up Policy:
     ◦ Return pick-up is available for convenience.
     ◦ Steps to request a return pick-up:
     ▪ Provide the order number, images of the product, and a parcel opening video within 24 hours
     ▪ Ensure the item is unused, with tags intact, in original packaging.
     ▪ A basic quality check will be conducted at the time of pick-up.
     ▪ Returns must be securely packed to prevent transit damage.
     ◦ A reverse pick-up will be arranged within 7 business days.
     ◦ Refunds will be provided in the form of a voucher minus any discount applied.
     ◦ Returns are not accepted for discounted products or items from specified 
    categories (Glassware, Glass Products, Crystal pieces).

  4. Return Cancellations:
     ◦ A return request can be canceled by emailing hello@daamaira.com.
     ◦ If a logistics provider arrives and you wish to cancel, you may inform them directly.

  5. Refund Policy:
    a.  For Prepaid Orders:
    ▪ Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
    ▪ Banks typically take 4-5 business days to process refunds.

    b.  For COD Orders:
    ▪ Refunds are issued as Daamaira credits/vouchers or a Credit Note.
    ▪ Vouchers can be used for future purchases on www.Daamaira.com within 1 month.
    ▪ Refunds to bank accounts take 7-8 business days.
    ▪ Refunds are processed only to the original customer’s bank account and cannot be transferred to a third-party account.
    Cash refunds are not allowed for COD orders.

    c.  Refund Conditions:
    ▪ Refunds will be initiated only after we receive the returned product.
    ▪ If a customer self-ships the return and the package is lost, a refund will not be applicable.
